Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Service was not delivered as scheduled due to our fault

• Payment was made but service was not provided

• Duplicate payment made by the customer

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Service has already been delivered

• Customer is not satisfied due to unrealistic expectations

4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

For AMC plans:

• AMC fees are generally non-refundable once services have started
